- Drive along the Kings Highway (main highway through Edom, Moab and Ammon) to Wadi Mujib (the biblical River Arnon) which is today called Jordan’s Grand Canyon.
- Visit Madaba to see the oldest surviving map of the Holy Land – in mosaic! Visit the baptismal site of Bethany beyond the Jordan.

- Cross King Hussein Bridge into the Promised Land to Ashkelon, where Samson slew 30 Philistines.
- Visit Beth Shemesh which was the first Jewish city to receive the Ark of the covenant from the plagued Philistines
- Visit the Valley of Elah
- Visit the cave of Adullam where David hid and wrote Psalm 57
- Visit the fortified city of Lachish.
- Overnight near Beersheba.
Day 6 (Friday, 19 June): Israel - Tracing the Old Testament Time (Cont’d)
- Visit / tour Beersheba
- Visit Ben Gurion’s Burial Park to view the Wilderness of Zin
- Climb Masada to see where the zealots made a last stand against the Romans, before visiting Ein Gedi where David spared Saul’s life.
- Take an afternoon float at the Dead Sea.
- Proceed to Jericho for dinner and overnight
Day 7 (Saturday, 20 June): Israel -Tracing the Old Testament Time (Cont’d)
- Tour Jericho - first city conquered by Joshua.
- See Elisha's spring as well as take the cable car up to Quarantal (which is reputed to be the Mount of Temptation of Jesus).
- Visit Khirbet el-Maqatir to recreate in our mind’s eye the battle for Ai.
- Visit Nebi Samwil which is the biblical Gibeon where Joshua commanded the sun and moon to stand still.
- Proceed to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.
Day 8 (Sunday, 21 June): Jerusalem, Israel -

- Visit Pool of Bethesda
- Visit St. Anne’s Church
- Visit Church of the Holy Sepulchre
- Shopping in the Old City
- Visit the Western Wall (formerly known as the Wailing Wall).
- Visit Golgotha
- Visit Garden Tomb
Day 9 (Monday, 22 June): Jerusalem, Israel -
Tracing Lord Jesus' ministry in the City
- Ascend Mt Zion to see the tomb of David
- Visit the Upper Room where Jesus conducted the Last Supper
- Visit the church of St. Peter in Gallicantu
- Visit Mount of Olives
- Visit the Church of Ascension, before walking down the Palm Sunday Road drawing ever nearer to the Temple Mount.
- Visit Gethsemane
- Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 10 (Tuesday, 23 June): Jerusalem, Israel -
Tracing Lord Jesus' ministry in the City
- View the Model of Old Jerusalem.
- Visit Israel Museum to view the Dead Sea scrolls.
- Overnight in Jerusalem.
- Visit the Church of Nativity to remember our Lord’s birth.
- Visit Shepherd’s Field / Shopping
- Visit the Spring of Gihon / walk through Hezekiah's Tunnel which king Hezekiah built to provide water to Jerusalem in case of siege.
- Visit the Pool of Siloam where Jesus asked the blind man to wash his eyes.
- Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 11 (Wednesday, 24 June): Israel - En-route to Galilee
- Visit the ruins of Biet Shean which was another Roman Decapolis city upon whose walls the bodies of Saul and his sons were fastened
- Visit Nazareth to remember Mary’s annunciation.
- Visit Nazareth Village
- Overnight in Tiberias (where people boarded boats to find Jesus) in a modern Jewish Kibbutz!
Day 12 (Thursday, 25 June): Israel -
Tracing the Ministry of Lord Jesus in Galilee
- Start the day in Galilee with a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum where Jesus healed Peter’s mother in law.
- Visit the Mt of Beatitudes
- Visit Tabgha / Church of Peter's Primacy where Jesus told Peter to feed His sheep.
- Lunch / Taste the famous St Peter’s Fish!
- Drive to Caesarea Philippi (at the foot of Mt Hermon) where Peter declared Jesus was Christ, Son of the living God. Nearby is Tel Dan, which together with Beersheba mark the northernmost and southernmost part of Palestine.
- End up at the cursed Tel Hazor to see the resulting ruins.
- Overnight at Tiberias.
Day 13 (Friday, 26 June): Departure from Amman, Jordan for Singapore
- Return to Jordan & catch the afternoon flight back to Singapore; arriving on Saturday, 27 June at about 1350 hr.
